EUCLID Newsletter 1 - March 2016

Nicolas Desneux from Institut National de la Recherche Agronomique (INRA), lead partner of the consortium, presents EUCLID - EU-China Lever for IPM Demonstration. The article offers an overview on the project goals and methodology, focusing on its innovative aspects and challenges. 

EUCLID project is organized in 6 Working Packages, which together aim at bringing research outputs to the fields, in Europe and China. 

Integrated Pest Management (IPM) is an ecosystem approach to crop production and protection. Visit the dedicated page on EUCLID website to find resources and information on IPM. This web section is a work in progress and will be enriched along all the project duration.
 

The EUCLID consortium is composed of 18 partners from 6 European countries and China. Partners have been selected as to integrate in the project different experiences and backgrounds, including universities, research institutions, SMEs, retailers, with the aim of reaching a variety of stakeholders such as farmers, consumers, policy-makers, scientists and entrepreneurs.
